We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize our sales & marketing processes and support our revenue team to streamline processes and reduce manual works.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & Optimization

  • Implement and manage end-to-end project management for sales deals, tracking progress and timely deal closing
  • Manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce to support sales operations and business needs.
  • Ensure data integrity by implementing best practices for data governance, cleansing, and validation within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline workflows and enhance Salesforce usability

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for the sales team and leadership.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking by optimizing Salesforce processes and automations.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to provide real-time visibility into sales performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Investor Reporting: Cleanse Salesforce data, provide roll-up tables and graphs with flexible slicing across key growth metrics. Solid understanding of ARR and win rate calculations.

Sales Enablement & Process Optimization

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and process documentation
  • Assist in training sales teams on Salesforce best practices, new features, and system updates
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Support onboarding of new sales team members by ensuring they have access to the right tools, data, and training resources.
  • Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies to drive team effectiveness
  • Design and develop automated solutions to streamline sales processes
  • Deal Desk: Partner with AEs and leadership to review contracts, validate pricing and product configurations, ensure compliance with approval policies, and streamline close-out in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to implement GTM tooling integrations

Experience & Technical Skills

  • Salesforce Expertise – Proven experience in Salesforce setup, configuration, maintenance, and reporting (Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus).
  • Data Management & Analytics – Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards, reports, and data models within Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Sales Enablement Tools – Familiarity with sales enablement platforms (e.g.,Outreach, Gong) and CRM integrations.
  • Process Improvement & Automation – Experience optimizing sales processes through automation (e.g., workflows, triggers, validation rules, and third-party integrations).
  • Sales & Business Acumen – Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics to support revenue growth.
  • Technical Proficiency – Knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), SQL, or other data visualization tools.

  • Detail-Oriented – Ability to ensure data integrity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset – Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, IT, and leadership to align on business goals.
  • Training & Enablement Skills – Experience in creating training materials, delivering workshops, and improving adoption of sales tools.
  • Self-Starter & Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and driving improvements proactively.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role with hands-on Salesforce administration
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth industries is a plus

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120K-$150K based on experience
  • Company Performance Bonus: 10-15% of salary
