Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

- Own the beginning of the phases of projects to make sure they are progressing effectively before passing off to the next manager.
- Build project roadmaps and allocate resources effectively.
- Communicate shifting priorities across the company and adjust plans as needed.
- Surface risks early, recommend solutions, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.
Curriculum Alignment & Integration
- Ensure projects meet educational best practices and pedagogy.
- Be able to initiate projects and assess standards alignment across multiple states using standards databases and crosswalk tools.
- Analyze and integrate graduation requirements across states, identifying commonalities for scalable curriculum design.
- Support curriculum developers in mapping to Common Core, NGSS, and state-specific frameworks.
HR & Resource Leadership
- Assess resourcing needs and create hiring plans to support new curriculum builds.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard curriculum contractors and SMEs.
- Empower team members to deliver on scope while maintaining balance and accountability.
Strategic Oversight
- Co-build curriculum roadmaps in partnership with learning leadership.
- Maintain transparency on timelines, trade-offs, and priorities.
- Communicate progress with clarity, balancing kindness with accountability.
- Be able to navigate multiple cross-functional stakeholders who may have competing priorities.

What you Bring:
Required:
- 5+ years in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational project management.
- Proven experience spinning up projects from scratch and delivering to production.
