Lead Gen & Funnel Support
- Own lead capture and tracking from conferences and events, syncing with the Sales team.
- Support follow-up campaigns and top-of-funnel tactics to turn interest into pipeline.
Design & Brand Execution
- Work with internal and external designers to create high-impact collateral, signage, social graphics, and recap content.
- Bring a creative eye to every touchpoint — from booth design to post-event reels.

- Keep budgets updated, invoices processed, and ROI measured.

- Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time
- Confident juggling logistics, creative, and internal comms simultaneously
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other design tools is a plus
- CRM/event management experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus
