Overview

Stord is seeking a seasoned Go-to-Market (GTM) leader to spearhead our expansion in the EU and UK markets. This role will own market entry strategy, local partner development, and enterprise sales execution, with the ability to scale the same function into Australia and Asia as we grow.

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader with deep experience in supply chain, logistics, and order management/warehouse management systems (OMS/WMS), coupled with a track record of building markets from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development & Strategy

    • Define and execute the GTM strategy for the EU and UK markets in alignment with global commercial priorities.

    • Drive localized requirements for product, pricing, compliance, and customer experience.

    • Build and maintain competitive intelligence for regional supply chain and logistics trends.

  • Partnership & Ecosystem Building

    • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, including 3PLs, technology providers, and channel alliances.

    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align partner enablement with market needs.

  • Sales Execution

    • Prospect, engage, and close enterprise-level new business opportunities across target verticals.

    • Build and manage a regional sales pipeline, leveraging MEDDICC and Challenger methodologies.

    • Represent Stord at key industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.

  • Global Expansion Readiness

    • Develop repeatable frameworks to scale into Australia and Asia, including regulatory readiness, partner networks, and GTM playbooks.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in sales, business development, or GTM leadership roles within supply chain, logistics, or SaaS (OMS/WMS/TMS).

  • Proven success launching or scaling new geographies, preferably in both technology and physical logistics.

  • Strong network in the EU & UK supply chain and technology ecosystem.

  • Exceptional ability to translate local market requirements into global product and operational improvements.

  • Skilled in building relationships at the executive level and closing complex enterprise deals.

  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
