We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Manager of Supply Chain Business Intelligence to lead the development and execution of data analytics that drive fulfillment performance, cost control, and operational excellence across our supply chain network. This leader will oversee a team of BI analysts, own the integrity and evolution of reporting platforms, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to shape business-critical insights that influence executive decision-making and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI analysts responsible for reporting, data modeling, and performance analysis across supply chain and fulfillment operations.

  • Develop and manage the BI roadmap to scale tools and reporting for enterprise-wide visibility across key metrics like OTIF, shrink, inventory turnover, and cost-to-serve.

  • Build and maintain advanced BI dashboards (DOMO, Power BI, Looker, etc.) that support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as the data liaison across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations to ensure alignment of KPIs, metric definitions, and data sources.

  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to scale data infrastructure and resolve system integration gaps.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on fulfillment performance, supply chain risk, and cost optimization.

  • Support compliance and audit readiness by ensuring data accuracy and alignment with quality standards (GMP, FDA, GDP, etc.).

  • Establish and enforce data governance practices for consistent and secure reporting across the network.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or BI, with at least 1-2 years in a management or team lead role.

  • Advanced proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Strong SQL skills; experience with data modeling and ETL pipeline development.

  • Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, LMS, and QMS systems

  • Strong understanding of fulfillment KPIs and supply chain processes (e.g., OTIF, location accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns).

  • Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data storytelling and insight synthesis.

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a 3PL, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.

  • Exposure to Python/R or other advanced analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operations Research methodologies.

  • Experience supporting data compliance initiatives in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, GMP, HACCP).
