Meanwhile, our innovative Skybeam platform makes it easy for any brand to be on TV and have all of the tools needed for planning, execution, and post-campaign optimization.
This position is located in Lviv, Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.
We seek a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and development of both our TV+ and Skybeam platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep AdTech expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive innovation in a rapidly evolving market.
Responsibilities
● Own and evangelize the product vision, leading strategic initiatives that drive platform growth and market leadership
● Build and execute multi-quarter roadmaps across platforms, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and market opportunities
● Drive key platform architecture decisions in collaboration with engineering leadership
● Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities
● Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to shape product direction and ensure alignment with market needs
● Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to create competitive advantages and improve platform capabilities
● Define and track success metrics that demonstrate product impact on business outcomes
● Champion best practices in product development and user-centered design across the organization.
Qualifications
● 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in AdTech or related technical products
● Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products
● Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem, with hands-on experience
● Advanced analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions
● Expert in using analytics tools like PostHog, collaboration tools like Figma, and customer communication platforms like Intercom
● Demonstrated success in integrating AI/ML technologies into product solutions
● Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
● Experience with linear TV, CTV, or gaming advertising platforms is highly desired
● Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST
